According to BB, Beyonce, 26 and long time beau Jay-Z, 38 , have picked up their marriage license at the Scarsdale Village courthouse in Westchester on April 1. As the laws in Westchester states mandated the license is only valid for 60 days, we can't wait any longer for Beyonce Knowles to become Jay-Z's beautiful bribe.
