Florence Welch In Elie Saab

Elie Saab Fall Couture

I thought I was through with blogging for 2010 but when I saw Florence Welch in this gorgeous Elie Saab gold beaded jumper, I just couldn't help myself!

The singer performed at the grand opening of the Marquee Nightclub at the Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas looking sensational. I adore the draping, velour belt and the bat wings bodice.

I was hoping someone would rock this on the stage or red carpet and she answer my prayers!

Everyone have a bless and fashionable New Year and thank you guys for your support!

Remembering A Genius: Lee Alexander McQueen

I still remembered the day February 11, 2010 like it was yesterday. One of my fabulous clients announced the dreadful news that Lee Alexander McQueen committed suicide only days shortly after his mother Joyce passed in London.

She wore his black wool ruffled coat to give homage to the designer that she got from the store which looked stunning on her. The whole day we view his amazing fashion shows on the internet.

He was known for his exquisite theatrical couture ensembles with divas such as Sarah Jessica Parker, Naomi Campbell, Salma Hayek and even our very own First Lady Michelle Obama wearing his artistic garments on the red carpet.

The fashion industry truly lost a genius this year. We were bless to witness his creativity and his impeccable craftsmanship.

Most Memorable Garments Of 2010

Lady Gaga's wardrobe is all memorable especially the "meat dress". The singer paid homage to the late designer Alexander McQueen by wearing one of his extraordinary creations to the 2010 VMAs paired with his famous "Armadillo" alien heels.

She had about 100 escorts to assist her to get out of her limo, walk and to stand up in her ensemble.

Rihanna rocked a playful Viktor & Rolf dress. I am probably the only one who looove this avant garde dress.

It fits her personality and funky style.

Nicki Minaj is always pushing the envelope and this occasion was no exception.

Her nude embellished adorned with pearls body suit is probably something she wears to the grocery store. I am just thankful she had the decency to cover up her private parts!

Everyone was surprise to learned that Ciara was Riccardo Tisci, head designer of Givenchy muse.

Even though she was trying a little too hard in this furry ensemble, I was reliefed she wasn't wearing a short mini dress.

Jennifer Hudson
announced that she was the spokesperson of "Weight Watchers" and she dropped 5 drese sizes(I am still trying to get to the gym).

She showed us her new svelte body in this fabulous blue Alexander McQueen draped dress.

Leona Lewis finally stepped out of her comfort zone in this futuristic Stella McCartney dress.

She gave me mad fever in this dress!

Sandra Bullock was on cloud nine when she won her Oscar but just ten days afterwards it was a total nightmare when her no good trifling racist husband Jessie James cheated on her with a trailer park stripper.

The actress was in hiding for months to get her life back together. When she went public for the first time on the MTV Movie Awards, she was glowing from head to toe in her black backless sparkly Oday Shakar dress.

She has moved on with her beautiful adopted baby named Louis Bardo Bullock. Ladies, this is the best way to pay him back for being a jerk!

Leighton Meester is always experimenting with different designers and this particular experiment with Marchesa went terribly wrong!

It wasn't that bad from the front but the back is beyond atrocious.

Best Diva of 2010: Serena Williams

FLAWLESS HAIR AND MAKE-UP

I still need to send Kim Kardashian a thank you basket because I know she had something to do with Serena Williams fabulous transformation!

The tennis star was on point from head to toe this year. I was totally impress with her amazing fashion choices. She rocked body conscious dresses showing off her perfect curves.

I also wanted to applauded her for her gorgeous natural looking weave and flawless make-up. I urge everyone to take a picture of Serena to your hair stylist whenever you get hair extensions because this is how it's suppose to look and not like 100 pounds of a dead cat on top of your head!

Serena is an inspiration to all. She is intelligent, beautiful and talented and now she can add fashion icon to the list!

Best Designer Of 2010: Suno

Rich bright colors and and ethnic prints best describe Suno. It's East Africa meets downtown New York chic.

Max Osterweis and Erin Beatty are the brains behind the label. After their Spring 2010 presentation, the label had a major buzz and they prevail with a great deal of pressure.

Their mix pattern collection is not for the meek. A woman has to be confident and fashion forward. Celebrities like Rihanna, Maria Sharapova and Rachel Bilson all look wonderful in their vibrant unique silhouettes.

The color black is a dirty five letter word for Suno!
