GMCH:GUWAHATI: Chief minister Tarun Gogoi urged doctors and shape workers to shed inhibitions and exchange their mentality towards patients while inaugurating a sickbay pro mothers and children, a medicine check and an audience by the Gauhati Medical College Hospital (GMCH) in the city on Saturday.
