Soon-to-be divorcees: Madonna and Guy Ritchie

Surprise! Surprise! What a surprise! It's not like what we previously thought--Madonna and Guy Ritchie might get divorcing after the completion of her Stick and Sweet tour in November. It now comes much earlier, the couple's publicists confirmed their split today on October 15 in a statement to the media.

"Madonna and Guy Ritchie have agreed to divorce after seven and a half years of marriage. They have both requested that the media maintain respect for their family at this difficult time. A final settlement has not been agreed upon yet."

Madonna, 50, and Guy Ritchie, 10 years of her junior, married in December 2000 at Skibo Castle in the Scottish Highlands, Scotland. They have two sons together - the biological son Rocco Ritchie, 7, and adopted son from Malawi David Banda, 3.

Madonna and Guy Ritchie divorce seemingly set to be an ugly battle, because Perez Hilton is already revealing that the pair did not has a pre-nuptial:

Sources confirm exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Madonna and Guy do NOT have a prenuptial agreement.

"Guy is a gold digger who was in from the get-go for the money," a source tells us. "He forced her to have no prenup. He is nothing more than a wolf in a great sheep outfit!"

Madonna was married to actor Sean Penn from 1985 and divorced in 1989. Since then the Like a Virgin singer had romantic links to porn star Tony Ward, rapper Vanilla Ice, NBA player Dennis Rodman and fitness trainer Carlos Leon with whom Madonna had a daughter named Lourdes Leon Ciccone, now 12, before her marriage to Ritchie. Earlier this year, Madonna became an epic character in Alex Rodriguez and Cynthia Rodriguez marriage foes.

Madonna's Towels Confiscated at Montenegro Customs! Madonna has arrived in the Balkan country Montenegro for her 'Sticky and Sweet' tour's Budva city stop on September 26, but her towels have been intercepted at the border control, China Daily is reporting.

Though those 300 towels are for both for Madonna and tour dancers to use when coming off stage, apparently Montenegro customs officials did not think so and confiscated them simply based on the suspicion why the 4 Minutes singer needs so many, the report said.

"The customs people had never come across that kind of volume of towels for personal use before, or the cost given for them." A source was quoted by the Sun.

Madonna's Crew Threatens to Quit “Sticky & Sweet Tour”

Oh Jesus! Madonna just staged 4 concerts for fourth-month-long (August 23-December 20) Sticky & Sweet Tour,  the inharmonious tone already began arousing from her company.

Madge's tour crew reportedly is threatening to quit.  The words we heard at Hollyscoop are "while Madonna flies in private jets and checks herself into sprawling mansions, members of her crew are forced to fly commercial and stay in cheap hotels".

How serious?! On August 30 in France's Nice, Madonna and husband Guy Ritchie with 12 staffs stayed at an $22,000-a-night Chateau Saint Jeannet castle, while let their crew live in the cheap hotels which cost only $100 one night.

"They feel they are being treated like second-class citizens..... Several are already talking about walking if things don't improve." UK's Now Magazine quoted a source who earlier told the Sunday Mirror as saying.

Madonna is reportedly overwhelmed with the upcoming Sticky & Sweet world tour which kicks off in August, the alleged marital crisis with Guy Ritchie, the rumour of a sex tape with Alex Rodriguez and a book of brother Christopher Ciccone exposing secrets of her personal life.

A source says in the Sun:

Madonna is doing less than OK. She has been rehearsing for the tour and she is totally miserable.

She’s down physically and mentally. The situation with Guy is very, very tense. The way the press are going crazy with the A-Rod story, her brother’s book and her physical exhaustion are all taking their toll.

Family tension with her father and two of her other siblings has also been awkward.

She feels nobody has taken her side. One of her closest pals says she has never seen Madonna so low. She has been feeling low and looking really gaunt.

Oh my god! X17online.com is reporting that some a dude claimed his friend had Madonna Alex Rodriguez sex video, and had asked the website to market it.

You knew it would happen sooner or later! - There's a guy out there claiming he has a sex tape of Madonna and Alex Rodriguez shot just a couple months ago!!!!

The story goes, a friend of his, who's a pal of Madonna's through Kabbalah, offered up her apartment to Madge and her boy toy for their afternoon trysts. When this guy found out, he installed a hidden camera in the living room, with the lens pointed squarely on the sofa.

What went down on that sofa, he claims, is the Material Girl and A-Rod going at it with some "I did not have sexual relations with that woman"-type action.

We started getting emails last week, telling us about the existence of the tape and then asking us to market it for the guy who owned the camera.

Err..r., Kabbalah marriage counsellings didn't work, Madonna and Guy Ritchie divorce is to the point that will inevitably take place. According to Daily Mirror, the Material Girl Madonna, 49, and Guy Ritchie, 39, have been living virtually separate lives in their £6million London mansion for months and are discussing a split. The newspaper further pointed out that the couple will probably make a formal/divorce announcement when Madonna ends her 2008 Sticky and Sweet Tour, in Mexico on November 29.

"Although the marriage is coming to an end, they don't want to say anything until the tour is over. They live like brother and sister rather than husband and wife and thought it best to call it a day. There's been a lot of speculation about them having furious rows all the time, none more so than because of the children. But they have just grown apart. They've decided they're better off as friends. It's sad, but they're determined to keep it amicable." A source was quoted as saying.

Madonna and husband of seven years, British film director Guy Ritchie have opted for a separation, according to Dailymail's report titled Divorce? No... Madonna and Guy Ritchie's civilised separation. Excerpts:

The news will come as no surprise to those who have followed the turbulent marriage of these two volatile individuals who fell in love but who came from different worlds – she the celebrity former wild child turned diva and he the English gentleman and director of gangster films with a passion for country pursuits.

Now it seems Madonna, 49, one of the richest women in the music industry, has had enough of the constant arguing "about everything" with Guy, who is ten years her junior.

She has complained he often treats her with cold indifference in public, drinks ‘way too much for his own good’ and spends little time with her and their three children – adopted son David Banda, who is two, 11-year-old Lourdes, Madonna’s daughter by dancer Carlos Leon, and their own son Rocco, seven.

Friends say the couple have been living virtually separate lives since the start of the year and have even divided their homes into his and hers quarters so they can avoid each other.

One source said: "Madonna is miserable and has lost her desire to live full-time in the UK."
