Soon-to-be divorcees: Madonna and Guy Ritchie

Surprise! Surprise! What a surprise! It's not like what we previously thought--Madonna and Guy Ritchie might get divorcing after the completion of her Stick and Sweet tour in November. It now comes much earlier, the couple's publicists confirmed their split today on October 15 in a statement to the media.

"Madonna and Guy Ritchie have agreed to divorce after seven and a half years of marriage. They have both requested that the media maintain respect for their family at this difficult time. A final settlement has not been agreed upon yet."

Madonna, 50, and Guy Ritchie, 10 years of her junior, married in December 2000 at Skibo Castle in the Scottish Highlands, Scotland. They have two sons together - the biological son Rocco Ritchie, 7, and adopted son from Malawi David Banda, 3.

Madonna and Guy Ritchie divorce seemingly set to be an ugly battle, because Perez Hilton is already revealing that the pair did not has a pre-nuptial:

Sources confirm exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Madonna and Guy do NOT have a prenuptial agreement.

"Guy is a gold digger who was in from the get-go for the money," a source tells us. "He forced her to have no prenup. He is nothing more than a wolf in a great sheep outfit!"

Madonna was married to actor Sean Penn from 1985 and divorced in 1989. Since then the Like a Virgin singer had romantic links to porn star Tony Ward, rapper Vanilla Ice, NBA player Dennis Rodman and fitness trainer Carlos Leon with whom Madonna had a daughter named Lourdes Leon Ciccone, now 12, before her marriage to Ritchie. Earlier this year, Madonna became an epic character in Alex Rodriguez and Cynthia Rodriguez marriage foes.

Cynthia Rodriguez, 35, dubbed as C-Rod, filed the divorce papers against Alex Rodriguez, 33, back in July, seeking custody of the couple's two daughters, Natasha, 3, and Ella Rodriguez of 5 months old, ownership of their beachfront mansion in Miami and child support and alimony. Cynthia also accused Alex of having extra-marital relationship with Madonna, which was rejected the 50-year-old singer.

The marriage of Pam Shriver, retired US tennis player and the fourth cousin of Maria Shriver who is the First Lady of California, and former James Bond actor George Lazenby [wikipedia], has hit the rocks. Pam Shriver, 46, filed papers for divorcing her husband of six years George Lazenby, 69, PerezHilton.com reported.

The couple filed for divorce last week. And, on Thursday afternoon, she filed for a restraining order against Lazenby.

The actor is now required to stay at least 100 yards away from her at all times. That includes from her work and from her vehicle.

She goes on to claim that Lazenby even threatened to kill her if she attempted to gain full custody of their three children. She also believes that his "severe anger management issues, alcoholism and poor parenting skills" will place their 4 year-old and 2 year-old twins at risk.

Those are some strong accusations.

And we hope this isn't true, but according to Shriver, her soon to be ex-husband has in the past even offered their kids beer from beer bottles and ice from scotch glasses. He's supposedly also objected to certain things like the kids having to wear sunblock, brush their teeth, sitting in their car seats, or even going to the doctor.

Craziness. And it gets even worse.

Shriver is also claiming that shes the victim of domestic violence and has been bruised many times by Lazenby. And that at times he even got violent with the kids, once even throwing their two year old son "in his bed with extreme force."

She goes on to say, that as recently as last week, he slapped his other two year old with the TV remote control because the child was crying while Lazenby was trying to watch golf in "peace and quiet."

And even MORE, she's requesting to keep possession of their three kids' passports, since she's scared that her Australian-born hubby might smuggle her kids out.

Morgan Freeman and wife Myrna Colley-Lee divorce rumor surfaced as early as in the beginning of July. At the time, the Hollywood's respected Academy Award-winning actor denied the tabloids' speculations. Apparently, now the issues are getting serious--Morgan Freeman, 71, and Myrna Colley-Lee, 67, are on the way of divorcing after a marriages 24 years.

Just days after Morgan Freeman was in a serious car accident, Freeman’s business partner says the actor, Morgan Freeman, and his wife of 24 years, costumer Myrna Colley-Lee, are getting a divorce.

Bill Luckett, a Mississippi-based attorney told Access Hollywood that Morgan Freeman and his wife are “are involved in a divorce action.”

Luckett adds that “for legal and practical purposes, [Freeman and Colley-Lee] have been separated since December of 2007.”

Cynthia Rodriguez, 35, who did not mention Madonna in the divorce paper, wants to be named primary residential parent with shared custody of the couple's two children, Natasha Rodriguez, 3, and Ella Rodriguez, 3 months. She is also seeking alimony, life and health insurance, private school tuition, and equitable distribution of assets among others.

Err..r., Kabbalah marriage counsellings didn't work, Madonna and Guy Ritchie divorce is to the point that will inevitably take place. According to Daily Mirror, the Material Girl Madonna, 49, and Guy Ritchie, 39, have been living virtually separate lives in their £6million London mansion for months and are discussing a split. The newspaper further pointed out that the couple will probably make a formal/divorce announcement when Madonna ends her 2008 Sticky and Sweet Tour, in Mexico on November 29.

"Although the marriage is coming to an end, they don't want to say anything until the tour is over. They live like brother and sister rather than husband and wife and thought it best to call it a day. There's been a lot of speculation about them having furious rows all the time, none more so than because of the children. But they have just grown apart. They've decided they're better off as friends. It's sad, but they're determined to keep it amicable." A source was quoted as saying.

Bill Murray divorce? Yes, and it sounds soon! Jennifer Butler Murray, the wife of comedian Bill Murray, filed the divorce paper as early as on May 12 in Charleston County, South Carolina! She accused her husband of 11 years of abusing her and addicting to marijuana,  alcohol and even sex in the divorce papers. According to Bill Murray's attorney John McDougall, the entertainer was deeply saddened by the breakup of his marriage. Actor Dylan McDermott is divorcing from his wife of almost 13 years, actress Shiva Rose. The 46-year-old star of The Practice filed a divorce petition for in Los Angeles Superior Court last Friday May 16, citing irreconcilable differences. Dylan McDermott married with Shiva Rose, 39, on Nov. 19, 1995. The couple who got estranged in 2007 have two daughters, 12-year-old Collette Blu and 2-year-old Charlotte Rose. Dylan seeks joint legal and physical custody of two daughters with Shiva. Link

It's not clear about the custody status of his two daughters with Rose. According to E!Online, Dylan McDermott and Shiva Rose will not officially be singles until the mandatory six-month waiting period concludes Jan. 2.
