Identity Thief Jocelyn Kirsch Sentenced 5 Years to Prison! Jocelyn Sarah Kirsch, 22, the pretty former Drexel University student, was sentenced 5 years by the U.S. District Judge Eduardo Robreno in prison. Kirsch was also ordered to pay full restitution to her victims. Her accomplice, former boyfriend Edward Anderton, will be sentenced in November.

Jocelyn Kirsch and Edward Anderton, 25, a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, were convicted of stealing as much as $100,000 from up to 50 neighbors using their identities during 2006 to 2007. They splashed the stolen money into the luxurious lifestyle which saw the pair traveling to the Europe and Hawaii, staying five star hotels and eating on fine dines.

It now comes much earlier, the couple's publicists confirmed their split today on October 15 in a statement to the media.

"Madonna and Guy Ritchie have agreed to divorce after seven and a half years of marriage. They have both requested that the media maintain respect for their family at this difficult time. A final settlement has not been agreed upon yet."

Madonna, 50, and Guy Ritchie, 10 years of her junior, married in December 2000 at Skibo Castle in the Scottish Highlands, Scotland. They have two sons together - the biological son Rocco Ritchie, 7, and adopted son from Malawi David Banda, 3.

Sources confirm exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Madonna and Guy do NOT have a prenuptial agreement.

Front view head shots (pics above) of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner's new girlfriends Karissa and Kristina Shannon twins taken in the police station after they were arrested for battery charges earlier this year have surfaced, thanks to E! Online's report.

Florida police records show that 19-year-old twins Karissa and Kristina Shannon, who appear to be seeking permanent quarters in the Playboy Mansion, are currently on probation for a battery bust in St. Petersberg.

The sisters were arrested in the early morning hours of Jan. 10 and booked on suspicion of felony aggravated battery, per arrest reports obtained by E! News. They were released from custody after posting $10,000 bonds and were later given probation and ordered to pay restitution for the incident, the details of which have not been determined just yet.

Prior to that run-in with the law, Karissa Shannon was arrested on suspicion of misdemeanor battery last November.

No further information about their dual arrests was available.

Karissa and Kristina Shannon, a pair of 19-year-old twins from Tampa, Florida, just came in as the substitute of Holly Madison.

"They [Karissa and Kristina Shannon twins] very much want to be girlfriends and now under the present circumstance, they probably will become my girlfriends.” Hugh Hefner said.

According to BittenandBound.com, the Shannon twins have already been calling to Hefner's Playboy mansion home these days and are using a bathroom Holly Madison used

Van Halen, 53, proposed to Liszewski, 38, on Aug. 4 while they were vacationing in Hawaii. The rock guitarist dropped to one knee and popped the question in a private room at Tiffany's, a source close to the couple tells PEOPLE.

The couple plan to wed next June.

"They are happy, healthy, very much in love and looking forward to living life together forever," says the source. "They are devoted to each other and to experiencing life in a whole new, positive and passionate way."
